Implantoprosthetic component enabling cases on a multi-unit abutment. It can be used in a full digital protocol using dedicated libraries and in a laboratory protocol based on scanning Multi Titanium Base and performing case on the basis of a scan. It is possible to modify the height of Multi Titanium Base, in three different variants:

LONG, MEDIUM, SHORT using the appropriate library adapted to the selected height.

Digital usage protocol:

  • Cuff height: 0.5 mm
  • Retention height: LONG 10.5 mm / MEDIUM 7.7 mm / SHORT 4.9 mm for individual cut

Analog usage protocol:

  • height: 0.5mm
  • Retention heigh: for individual cut

One Lock Digital Analog

Material: TITANIUM ALLOY Ti6AL4V ELI (Grade 23)

  • Positioning tab guaranteeing the 1-correct position of analog in the model.
  • Three cuts to prevent a rotation of analog in the model.
  • Horizontal surfaces to ensure proper insertion depth of analog.
  • High, vertical, cylindrical surfaces for better stabilization.
  • Chamfered edges for a smooth insertion of the analog into the model.
  • Smart nut to maintain the base depth of seating. Prevents the analog from dragging below the “ZERO” point in the Z-axis.

Calibration Box

For cases that require using printed models, use our dedicated CALIBRATION BOX. It is an STL file dedicated to print a small 3D calibration key containing 5 opening corresponding to a shape of digital analog. After printing and matching the analog to the best matching opening, you will read the information about the value of the analog’s offset that needs to be corrected in the horizontal dimension in CAD software.
